Celebrating Two Centuries of Top Scotch
Fettercairn may be celebrating 200 years of whisky making, but their approach is amongst the most progressive and forward-thinking in the world of whisky. The Fettercairn 200 Club is an alliance with the local farming community ensuring Fettercairn's barley is harvested from fields within just 50 miles of the distillery.
Then there's the 13,000 oak saplings planted on the grounds which in 100 years will be a unique Scottish Oak forest used to craft barrels to age and add flavour to the whisky.
Lovingly dubbed the Willy Wonka of Whisky by the Fettercairn staff, Master Distiller of the Year 2023, Gregg Glass, is in charge of Fettercairn's tropical fruit-flavoured style.
Distillery Manager, Stewart Walker (pictured here with our very own Spirits Buyer, Dave Roberts), has been with the business for 30 years and has previously won the prestigious Icons of Whisky, Distillery Manager of the Year award.
Both Gregg and Stewart have signed all 4 bottles of Warehouse 2 in our prize draw making them a totally unique 'one-of-a-kind' prize.
